• Many purchases over $20.00 include shipping and handling fees for continental USA.  Extraordinarily Large Cartons are subject US Postal Shipping Fees.  We will ship using the fastest delivery method possible that is also cost effective for us to continue our free shipping promotion.  Additional fees for Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Argentina, Brazil, Venezuela will be applied at checkout.
  Shipments to Canada, Europe and South America are normally sent using US International Priority Mail.

• Prior to assembly and within 3 days of receipt, purchaser must inspect purchase for missing parts, damage or equipment failure. Use the suggestions in tips and hints section to test the models electronics and power system. Purchaser must notify Park Flying within 3 days of receipt regarding missing parts, damage or equipment failure (unless prior notice to Park Flyers that purchase is a gift. Send comment with purchase regarding gifting date.
   

• Cancellations prior to shipment are subject to 25% cancellation charge.
   

• Full product or defective part(s) will be exchanged or replaced at our discretion. Park Flying reserves the right to replace the defective part(s) rather then replace or exchange full product. We reserve the right to request purchaser to return the defective part(s) or product before replacement or exchange is approved.  Call our support line or email us using the contact page for a return authorization.
   

• Products or parts must be returned at the purchaser's expense, including insurance fees. Purchaser agrees to and accepts that they may have to pay all return shipping and handling fees should an exchange occur.  This will be decided on a case by case basis.
   

• Purchaser owns the product once the product is used. .
   

• When ordering parts be careful to choose the correct parts, as many parts look similar. While some are interchangeable others are not. Contact us about your parts purchase if you have questions. All sales are final. No refunds will be given on or allowed on returned merchandise, including parts at any time.
